We believe the best way to learn is through experience. That’s why we’ve built our training facility as a live lab, filled with the UC equipment you may encounter in a real-life customer scenario, and why every student has their own server for hands-on practice.

We are dedicated to making sure you get the knowledge and skills you need. TEKnowLogical courses are guaranteed to run and we stand behind our training with an offer to repeat any course at no additional cost.

An approach to fit your business

We’d love to host your training class at our state-of-the-art training facility, but we are happy to come to your office or conduct virtual training sessions to minimize the need for travel and time out of the office. You can access course materials and assessments via our Learning Management System or use your own.

Just because a class is over, that doesn’t mean our relationship ends

TEKnowLogical provides ongoing technical support for all students for six months after course completion. If a support call doesn’t solve the issue, our technical trainers are deployable on-site to help fix your most challenging problems – and we only charge you when they are solved.
